One of the best long term (and free) methods to generate traffic to
your online business is article marketing. Each and every
successful internet marketer publishes articles to promote his
business.
Simply spoken you write articles about topics related to your
business and submit them to article directories. Once your articles
are accepted with the directories, they are posted on their site and
published on the internet. When people are searching for information
on matters you have written about, they may come across one of your
articles, read the article and eventually click on a link that you
have provided.
This way you both get visitors and backlinks to your
website or blog (backlinks are good for your search engine ranking,
as you probably know). If you write good articles that reflect your
business, you will get targeted traffic – people that are
potentional buyers. Quality articles will be picked up by other
webmasters and this way your articles and links can be spread
worldwide over time and bring you traffic for a long time to come.

Writing articles can be a tedious and time-consuming task. There are
a few things that can make it easier and faster, though. First,
there are PLR articles you can use as basis and rewrite so they turn
into your own articles. You can get free PLR articles
here.
Second, you can copy a few articles from EzineArticles.com (or
whatever article directory you like) and use these articles as a
basis for a completely new article. If you have a WordPress blog,
you can use a tool called ‘Caffeinated
Content’ to fetch a few articles other people have written, post
them into your blog and then write a new article based on these
articles.
‘Caffeinated Content’ is an amazing tool (it’s a plugin for
Wordpress blogs), it can grab as many articles as you like on any
topic and post them on your Wordpress blog – completely automated!
In ten seconds it brings you 5 articles about a topic of your choice
that you can use as ideas and basis for your own articles.
When you have finished an article, you should multiply it in order
to get the most out of the work you have put into it. What you would
do is rewrite it so to make many new, unique article out of
the first one. To do that you need an article rewriter or
spinner.
The best rewriting/spinning software on the market today is
Magic Article Rewriter, in my opinion. One of it’s great
benefits is that it can spin articles with different types of
spin tags, which is useful as different services use different
kinds of spin tags. As far as I know, Magic Article Rewriter is the
